SeedJump website is not a crowdfunding platform, but solely the business project advertisement board. All published projects doesn’t undergo any due diligence and fact checks. Seedump doesn’t guarantee published information veracity and does not bear any liability for possible any breaches or losses.

Publishing of Project and investing is free of charge. The SeedJump portal doesn’t apply any charges for Project owner and for investors.

SeedJump doesn’t do any due diligence of projects and doesn’t take any responsibility of published projects and further communications with project owners of investors.

SeedJump is not a Crowdfunding Platform, but solely the Place of projects publications. All publications and data/forecasts published are solely the responsibility of the Publisher and SeedJump doesn’t bear any responsibility of its trustworthiness.

Before any investments the Investor shall do on its own the thorough due diligence of the project.

Investor risks. Any investment into the project is the subject of high investment risks. Please consider the safe amount of money to invest and also do due diligence of the project you have chosen to financially support.

Policies for posting the Project.

Project applied for publishing on website shall have detailed description of business project that invite financing, it shall have description of conditions for financing and investor’s interest.

Project proposed for publishing can be rejected by SeedJump administration with no explanations provided.

Next publishing Policies shall be concerned:

• Project can be submitted by a registered members over 16 years of age.
• Malicious, defaming or slanderous publications are not permitted on the site.
• Illegal items or services are not permitted on SeedJump.
• Each ad must only contain one item. Multiple items must be listed in individual ads, with the exception of household clearance ads and job ads with multiple openings for the same position.
• Projects posted on site shall have all necessary information, including but not limited to, amount of investments required, equity pledged, investor’s interest etc. appropriate information.
• URLs must be entered in the URL field, not in the description of the project.
• Members must enter their contact details in the correct fields within their ads. Revealing these details in the ad description, photos or title is not allowed.
• Adding fake or invalid phone numbers is not allowed.
• Keyword spamming (including many irrelevant words within your ad) to manipulate searches is not allowed.
• SeedJump does not allow discrimination of any kind.
• Offensive language, hate speech or extreme profanity are not allowed.
• Auctions publications are not permitted on SeedJump.
• All projects proposed must be based in the Europe, United States of America or Canada.
• All ads must be posted in English. Having a translation in another language is permitted.
